Use one file per letter named by its code, like U+0780.svg, or one sheet with the letters in template order.

From Illustrator

• Convert text to outlines.
• Turn on Preferences, Clipboard Handling, Include SVG Code, so a copy carries SVG.
• Copy the drawing and press Ctrl or ⌘ V here, or on any letter in the editor.
• Or save as SVG and drop the file here.
